Taking a small old 1960’s bathroom to current standards. We started by removing the built-in closet in the hallway to give more shower space. Unfortunately, many times while working in old bathrooms, you will find mold and that was what happened in this case. This remodel was a complete gut job down to replacing studs and flooring.
